Charm and Elegance Along the Water at Auberge Willow Inn

Ah the Auberge Willow Inn (swoon). It’s a joy getting out to this scenic, lakeside gem and it’s an even bigger joy working with such a warm and inviting couple like Lindsay and Michael! Lindsay got ready with her bridesmaids at the venue, and looked breathtaking in a beautiful dress she purchased directly from a designer based in Ukraine. Michael looked sharp in a black tuxedo and had time for a quick drink at the classic Willow Inn Pub with his groomsmen before seeing Lindsay for the first time!

The first look was emotional and so so touching, they definitely lived the moment before Lindsay’s father brought out the Porsche for some fun pics! We stayed at the venue for the ceremony, which was set up outdoors along the iconic Hudson water views at the Willow Inn. It was so authentic and personal - the officiant was a good friend, they exchanged personal vows and even physically tied the knot using each of their running shoes since they both love running! There weren’t too many dry eyes around, including the ones behind the lens.

After the ceremony, signature cocktails and elegant hors d'oeuvres created by chef Danny Smiles were served on the terrasse while dinner was later served indoors and the decor was incredible! A very tasteful mix of minimalist yet timeless decorations complimented Smiles’ famous menu before DJ EricTheTutor played the guests into the night.
